Introduction to Kundalini Yoga Workshop
3 day workshop covering the basics and history of kundalini yoga, how it differs from other types of yoga, and the benefits you may witness.
Days 2 and 3 will review a specific kriya (practice, or set of moves) to help you center into yourself and connect to your own power.

Each day will last roughly 30 minutes and you will receive the recording after each day's class!
What IS Kundalini yoga?
Kundalini is NOT your typical cute outfit and lots of poses yoga class. This focuses more on the mindful and spiritual practice of yogic philosophy. No need to be super flexible here!
This practice will help you deepen your connection to your body, your soul, and strengthen your mind:body:spirit relationship.
